Person introduction

Guido Volk, M.D.

I would like to introduce myself to you in more detail so that you can get a comprehensive picture of me and my work.

Specialist in surgery and trauma surgery, special trauma surgery, sports medicine and emergency medicine

Guido Volk, MD, is specialized in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, particularly the treatment of fractures, joint problems, and tendon/ ligament/ meniscus injuries. As far as possible, the procedures are performed minimally invasive or arthroscopically. State-of-the-art, mostly stable-angle, titanium implants are used in bone fracture treatment. In an emergency, a surgical team is on standby in the shortest possible time. Less urgent cases are included in the surgical program at short notice.

The accident surgery/ orthopedic emergency outpatient clinic ensures almost round-the-clock readiness for urgent cases. Specialist care, modern X-ray equipment and ultrasound are also available on weekends.
